Aesthetics Refined, Santa Barbara’s premier luxury aesthetics office, is seeking a skilled Lash & Brow Specialist to join our team.

We are looking for a mature, professional esthetician/cosmetologist who takes pride in their craft and delivers exceptional services from the moment the client walks in. The ideal candidate has a warm demeanor, impeccable attention to detail, and a passion for the client experience.

Responsibilities (overview)

• Perform Lash Lifts, Eyebrow Laminations, Brow Shaping, Lash & Brow Tints, Eyelash Extensions

• Create customized treatment plans tailored to each clients

• Follow the Board of Barbering and Cosmetology regulations on sanitation and beyond

• Maintain a polished, clean, professional appearance from head to toe

• Deliver a luxury client experience aligned with Aesthetics Refined standards

Requirements (overview)

• CA Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist
